STOP Program – Support to Quit Smoking
STOP on the Net is a free program that provides eligible Ontario residents with access to quit-smoking medication and resources to help them quit tobacco use. This program is designed for individuals ready to take the first step toward a smoke-free life.
To qualify for STOP on the Net, you must:
 ✔ Be 18 years of age or older
 ✔ Be willing to attempt quitting smoking within 30 days of enrollment
 ✔ Be a current tobacco cigarette smoker (this program does not apply to individuals who only use e-cigarettes)
 ✔ Have a valid and unique email address
 ✔ Live in Ontario
 ✔ Complete a survey to determine eligibility

✔ Free quit-smoking medication for 6 weeks of treatment
 ✔ Medications are mailed directly to your home within 2 weeks of enrollment
 ✔ Limited to one (1) per person and four (4) per household within a 6-month period
Clients enrolled in Alpha House’s on-site residential program are eligible for up to 26 weeks of quit-smoking medication, providing extended support for a lasting recovery.
