Compliance with Canadian Privacy Laws

Alpha House operates in Toronto, Ontario and complies with all applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including:

• The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) – Federal legislation governing the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in the course of commercial activities; and

• File a complaint regarding privacy practices with Alpha House or with the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario.
